We offer several wonderful advantages to registered retailers:
Retailers-Only Preview - Friday, August 8 from 3-5 p.m. This special preview allows retail guests to view the latest dolls and bears and meet with the artists in a relaxed setting before the show opens to the public.
Show Specials Private Preview and
Sale - Friday, August 8 from 5:30-7 p.m. You will have the opportunity to purchase unique pieces created by some of your favorite artists and manufacturers especially for EXPO 2008. Register early to receive a premium place in line for this special event!
FREE admission to retailers and their employees all weekend.
FREE Listing in the EXPO Passport Retailer Directory If your registration is received by June 1, your company’s name and contact information will be included in the 2008 EXPO Passport, the Official Show Program, and viewed by thousands of collectors.

In order to keep the Doll & Teddy Bear EXPO vibrant and successful, we ask that you pay special attention to the following policies:
1) Product sales are ONLY permitted on the show floor. Sales conducted in other locations including lounges, guestrooms and/or lobbies are not permitted. Violators will be asked to leave the Doll & Teddy Bear EXPO and may not be admitted to future events. If you would like to purchase an exhibit space to sell your merchandise, please contact me at

2) Retail dealers who are not exhibiting are not allowed on the show floor during set-up. Please do not share or request others to share their exhibitor badges. In fairness to other retail dealers, all dealers must wait until the trade-only preview hours to enter the exhibit hall.
