May 17, 2008 – Final payment due Please note that it is your responsibility to follow the payment schedule outlined on your exhibitor contract. We will send periodic statements showing the total amount remaining on your exhibit space. If you would prefer, you may authorize us to charge your credit card automatically on the day payment is due. If you do not keep current with your payment schedule, we reserve the right to remove any discounts and change or cancel your exhibit location. Exhibitors not paid in full by May 17, 2008 will be assessed a late penalty of 15% of the total exhibit price. Publicity Deadlines
We would like to help you promote your presence at this show. If you have an exciting event or special creation, be sure to let us know as soon as possible so we can start featuring it on our website.
Photos and descriptions of special events and show specials must be received by the following dates to be considered for publication. Please note that submission does not guarantee editorial coverage or inclusion in event advertisements. All submissions received by the stated deadline will be included in the EXPO Passport, the official show program and featured on the EXPO website.

The information submitted on these forms is used in the EXPO Passport, the official show program. To ensure your accurate listing in this reference guide, please complete the following forms carefully and make sure they arrive in our office via mail or fax by the following dates.
- April 30, 2008 – Company Profile Text
- April 30, 2008 – Show Specials - Notification of intent to produce a show special due ASAP.
- April 30, 2008 – Special Events/Artist Appearances/Announcements
- June 2, 2008 – Advertising Confirmation - Early Bird Special - 10% discount on advertising in the EXPO passport, the official show program if received by February 29, 2008.

- April 30, 2008 – Name Badges Request
