Show Management will handle all of the details of the consignment sale of your piece in the Show Specials area - leaving you free to meet with attendees. You agree to turn the entire edition over to Show Management at EXPO and receive 65% of all sales within 30 days of the show. Unsold items will be returned to the maker at the conclusion of the show.

In addition to the financial benefits, you will receive valuable publicity in the months leading up to the show. Buyers will be talking about your creation after they see it featured in a special section of the 2008 EXPO Passport, the official EXPO Show Guide and displayed on the Expo website. It will also be considered for possible inclusion in pre-show editorial or advertisements in DOLLS and Teddy Bear Review. Collectors watch for their favorite artists year after year so don't delay! Photos and descriptions must be received by the following dates to be considered for publication. Please note that submission does not guarantee editorial coverage or inclusion in event advertisements. All submissions received by the stated deadline will be included in the EXPO Passport, the official show program and featured on the EXPO website.
